Itartis design, develop and maintain efficient work environments. The central concern of the company is the question of how the users (i.e, employees or clients) can deploy their resources in both a user orientated and efficient manner into the business process. With their human-centered company portals which enable an intelligent connection between the elements of, information, collaboration and business process, Itartis is creating for the user, clever, virtual working environments. From the experience gained in the implementation of many previous projects it has been proven that work environments can create measurable added value, examples being the reduction of through-put periods, reduction of costs due to error, an increase in quality by using process orientated knowledge and a reduction of the administrative and communicative activities required.

e-work environments are targeted towards a situation where the resource „employee“ can be more efficiently used within a company. During nearly every stage of company maturation and the carrying out of company processes, a representation can be created of the area of application of individual e-work environments, this includes the most up to date collaborative desktops, process tools, as well as information and documentation systems. Systems already existing i.e ERP, CRM) will not be replaced, but will instead be integrated and will remain as function and data carriers within the e-work environment .
e-work environments are always defined in relation to concrete challenges. Correspondingly, a first step will be the evaluation during a workshop of the possible operational fields.
